Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • In this role you will sell a diverse range of Telecom products.
  • Serve a variety of markets by suggesting and delivering the right prepaid wireless solutions to meet dealers/customer needs.
  • Actively participate and develop new accounts to help service customers and grow business.
  • Provide superior customer service and solutions by delivering products and services to meet or exceed our dealers/customer expectations.
  • Build strong dealer/customer relationships, loyalty, and retention.
  • Actively engage Abmnus colleagues and resources regularly to provide a complete customer solution in order to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of wireless customer service highly preferred
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
  • No At-Fault Driving Tickets or At-Fault Driving Accidents in the Past 6 Months
  • Strong technical knowledge working with multiple cell phone devices to troubleshoot member issues
  • Experience with telecom billing, MVNO provisioning, data usage limits, and roaming costs, preferred
  • Strong desire to succeed through self-motivation, customer service, and a great work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient computer skills with multiple programs open, including Microsoft Office
  • Dependable, including excellent attendance performance
  • Flexible schedule with a willingness to work evenings and/or Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
  • High School Degree with some college/Associates Degree preferred

  • Base Salary + Commission and Fuel
  • Benefits Including, Health and Dental Insurance (after 90 days Initial Continuous Employment and approved by Management)
  • Traveling Outside of Territory,  Meal Per Diem, Hotel and Rental Car (if Needed) will be provided.
